The Transfer Nation Secure Shopping Guarantee helps to cover you against unauthorized charges on your credit card. We know it's important that you have the same confidence when you use your credit card online as you do when you order by phone. That's why we now offer the Transfer Nation Secure Shopping Guarantee - to help protect you from credit card theft or misuse. Here are the steps we take to ensure that your purchase is safe with us:

• Data encryption. To help protect your credit card number and personal information, we encrypt every order. Encryption is a process by which we use software to scramble your credit card number and personal information so that they're unreadable by anyone but Transfer Nation.
  
• The Transfer Nation Secure Shopping Guarantee. In the unlikely event that your credit card company holds you liable for any unauthorized charges to your account resulting from your online purchases at transfernation.com, Transfer Nation will cover your liability up to $50.

The end result? When you buy online with Transfer Nation, you can buy with confidence.

Protecting your order information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it's sent over the Internet. With SSL enabled on both the client and the server, the information you send via the Internet can be trusted to arrive securely and unchanged to our server.

If you still have any concerns about ordering electronically over the Internet, send us an email at orders@transfernation.com with your concerns and we will contact you by phone to relay the process for orders that are not placed online.

Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information by email.

Privacy:

At Transfer Nation we respect your privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products and promotions. The information that we collect includes your name, email address, postal address and phone numbers that you provide when you visit our website and place an order.

When you place an order with Transfer Nation, we use this personal information to process your order and send you emails to confirm your order. We may contact you by phone if we are unable to contact you by email if we have questions regarding your order. We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. You can change, delete or review the contact information we have for you by sending us an email at help@transfernation.com.

We use cookies but do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie. Cookies also help us study patterns of traffic on our site to help with improvements for our customers.

Returns:

We allow returns of t-shirts within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the merchandise is returned in its original new condition. Please NOTE that due to the rare and unique nature of our designs, we may not be able to offer exchanges as the iron-on transfer you originally ordered may no longer be available at the time of your return.

Follow these detailed instructions for all t-shirt returns:

To return your t-shirt simply send us an email to receive an email with our shipping address. When we receive the merchandise we'll refund the entire cost of your original credit charge. For your security please send your merchandise to us with an insured courier and keep your receipt. Transfer Nation is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We will refund the original shipping and handling charges but you would be responsible for the shipping costs incurred shipping the merchandise back to us.

Please NOTE that we do not allow returns or offer guarantees on the purchase of just the iron-on transfers. Here are the instructions to apply the transfers at home.

Photography / Scanning:

We make an effort to show our t-shirts and transfers in their accurate colors. We scan each iron-on transfer to provide you with as much detail as possible. Since our scanner calibrates each scan differently and the color output of every monitor varies slightly, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor exactly match the colors of our merchandise.

Some items may appear a bit larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. See the measurement information on each transfer for specifics on that design.
